Process :

STEP 1 :  Decide the size of the notepad. I have decided to make equal quarters from my leftover lined papers (appx. 15 cm * 10 cm). Now draw the lines of partition on one page and properly align remaining papers on its backside. Use binder clips to secure the stack.

STEP 2 :  Now cut the pages with help of scale and cutter along the drawn guidelines. Secure each partition wit a binder clip.

STEP 3 :  Using one of the page from the above stack as the template cut the thick paper/ cardboard. This will be the back support of the notepad. If you want you can similarly make the front cover for notepad. I have skipped the front cover for my notepad.

STEP 4 :  Keep all paper stacks upon each other and put thick paper at the very back. Adjust them so that they all align properly. Now secure it with binder clips from both sides. Before securing binder clips wrap the paper stack with a tissue paper to protect notepad paper from dripping glue.

STEP 5 :  Now apply the glue on top of the notepad. Spread it evenly using paint brush or finger. Let the glue dry completely. If required apply another layer of glue. I applied 3 layers of glue. Remember don't apply glue on tissue paper otherwise it will stick to your notepad.

STEP 6 : Cut some color paper of about same size of your notepad and keep its length of about 1 to 1.5 inches. Glue it from front to back. Cut extras from sides. This will cover the binding at the top and will give notepad a clean look.

You can skip this step if you desire to tier the papers from notepad very often.

STEP 7 :  Now cut the magnet from magnet sheet in square. I first cut out a thin rectangle magnet, but it did not hold my notepad (15 cm * 10 cm). So afterwards I cut magnet of 4 cm * 4 cm square from magnet sheet which was right size to hold my notepad. Please excuse for wrong size of magnet cut-out in the picture below.

STEP 8 :  Glue the magnet on back side of notepad and at its top. Since my back cover and magnet both are in black color, I drew a white line  at corners of magnet to distinguish it from back cover.
